Our well-established client based in the Sutton Coldfield area are currently recruiting for a Tournament Operations Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Main duties of the Tournament Administrator include:

  • Overall event administration and management including supervising the team, ensuring all deadlines are met including closing dates, processing entry fees, and starting times.
  • Responsible for monitoring stock levels e.g., stationery, administration equipment, and tea/coffee.
  • Administration of regulations including fines and withdrawal fees.
  • General office duties including photocopying, filing, post etc.
  • Have excellent IT/admin skills, ideally.
  • Be responsible for supervising and training team of staff.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Experience in database management.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
This is a full time, permanent, remote role.


Although this role will be predominantly working from home, you must still be able to travel to the office in Sutton Coldfield regularly for training/induction and meetings.
