Role Overview:


The HR Operations Associate is responsible for managing and optimising the day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficient HR service delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures.

This role involves overseeing HR administration, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR projects to enhance the overall employee experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, amendments, and termination notices.
  • Assist in payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll changes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit mandatory HR reports and filings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support HR programs and improve HR processes.

Requirements:


  • 24 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
