We have an exciting opportunity join a large Company as an entry level
Business Administration Apprentice based out of our GatesheadOffice.

You will support our regional operational teams gaining experience of working within an administration role along with a level 3 qualification You'll need an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

As a Business Administration Apprentice, You'll Be:

  • Working as part of the administration team to assist in the efficient and effective operation of the regions
  • Arranging UK travel, including trains hotels, managing itineraries, and booking meetings
  • Dealing with post and deliveries
  • Ordering stationary
  • Ability to take on individual project work and demonstrate initiative
  • Ensuring actions & information requests are followed up appropriately
  • Building & maintaining excellent relationships & communications with a multitude of contacts & stakeholders, internally & externally
  • Editing, formatting & printing documentation and distributing to relevant parties
  • Updating internal systems and databases
  • Creating presentations on behalf of management team
  • Supporting the Business Support team with department queries and administrative tasks

As a
Business Administration Apprentice, You'll Be:

  • Excellent at working at a high level of attention to detail & time management skills
  • Able to work and deliver under own initiative
  • Excellent at working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Able to liaise and build relationships with people at all levels
  • Flexible in approach & 'can do' attitude
  • Able to work in an organisation that is undergoing change due to development and growth

Essential:


  • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
