Our Client is a boutique multi-channel retailer with a successful online channel, wholesale includingmarketplaces and retail shops in the UK and in the West Indies.

The company focuses on selling ethically sourced and sustainable beachwear, clothing and accessories.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is hands-on and will require the chosen individual to take on a very broad range of work including setting up and honing systems and processes; some of the role requirements are listed below.

Working with the Finance Manager to support the financial requirements and take on defined aspects of the financial management.
Overseeing financial and accountancy matters including month end reports, management accounts, cashflow management, ensuring accuracy and relevancy and best in class processes.
Reviewing monthly P&L against plans and highlighting opportunities and risk to the Founder CEO and senior team
Responsible for monthly staff pay role for both HQ and stores
Maintain strong technical accounting across monthend processes with a 'handson' approach to finance.

Retail, e-Commerce, or multi-channel experience would be of value

Immediate availability is essential.
