Are you an experienced PA seeking an exciting new permanent role offering lots of variety? Would you like to work for a very successful, highly reputable, corporate company conveniently situated in central Leeds, West Yorkshire offering hybrid working? If so, this could be just the job for you

Providing comprehensive, confidential and proactive support to the Employer & Strategic Director, your duties as PA will include:

  • Taking minutes at meetings, managing agendas, actions etc
  • Organising meetings, catering and logistics
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Employer Relationship Team and Professional Services Team
  • Marketing and Business Support, formatting documents, creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Involved in a variety of projects, event management for staff celebrations people/cultural projects or brand marketing projects
  • Dealing professionally with internal and external stakeholders, scheduling meetings, prioritising matters on behalf of Directors
  • Fully understanding the business meeting calendar, reporting structures and meeting structures to implement/operate the appropriate administration
  • Preparing draft reports
  • Undertaking ad hoc research for the Director and the team
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation
  • Admin support relating to expenses and credit card reconciliations for the Corporate Services Director
  • Managing departmental budgets and assisting with team holiday coordination and starter / leaver checklists
You will be an experienced PA working at Director level looking to progress into an Executive level role.

In addition, you will have project management skills, fast and accurate typing, minute taking, MS Excel - intermediate level and excellent verbal and written communication skills, having the ability to create good working relationships, possessing a friendly approachable manner.

The ability to work under pressure and multi-task, with a desire to succeed is also essential.
