Description

Well respected major insurance broker requires a Commercial Account Handler to compliment its existing broking team due to impressive growth.

This client is happy for someone to work part or fully remotely where you will deal with commercial insurance cases supporting an assigned Account Executive.

Clients cover a wide range of industry sectors including Manufacturing, Engineering and Plant Hire.

You will be required to look after a sizable commercial portfolio, dealing with classes of insurance including but not limited to Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined and Liabilities.

You will deal with insurance renewals, compiling renewal reports, updating quotes on the system, re-broking policies and working closely with underwriters.

Previous experience of dealing with commercial insurance would be essential for this post, and you should be familiar with all the main commercial classes of insurance.

Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate effective renewal negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in an efficient manner.

It's also important that you are familiar with processing policy documentation, and able to pull presentations together for insurers.
