Insurance Member Services Executive

Based in Central London

£40-45k

Full-Time, Permanent Position

Here at Howells, we are working with aTrade Association to find a Member Services Executive to join their team in Central London.

Insurance experience essential for this role.

As the Member Services Executive, your job will involve the following:

Assist the CEO and Executive team to deliver the company strategy and business plan within designated timescales.
Lead the Company Supplier Membership tier ensuring the proposition remains relevant and attractive to both existing and potential new members
As part of the Executive team, contribute to the company program of Knowledge and Insights bringing Supplier tier expertise to enhance and deliver the programs delivery.
Manage and expedite all member / nonmember queries generated by the company inbox and /or website platform.
Act as the company website coordinator including managing small change and selfservice website change capabilities.
Develop and create a Management Information reporting suite for both internal and external use in promoting the Association and its members.
Review and report on all company collateral and event statistics/ analytics providing comment and recommendations where appropriate.

Insurance knowledge and experience
