GlobalEdulink is one of the UK's well-established leading professional and vocational training providers.

We are looking for experienced Assessor / IQA's for our Gym & Fitness course


Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing a relevant and progressive curriculum, designing and implementing effective learning strategies and environments if needed.
  • Providing prompt assistance for the learner queries.
  • Support delivery of apprenticeships through a range of methods (e.g. Classroom, webinars)
  • Observe and review work produced by learners, and provide constructive and informative feedback
  • Mentoring the learners.
  • Assisting in timely updates of the relevant qualifications.
  • Contributing to standardization activities.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience as a personal trainer or relevant role.

Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to more challenging training sessions.

10+ years of Gym Instructing/Personal Training experience of which (5+ years of supervisory experience will be an advantage.

Level 3 personal training qualification, ideally one accredited by a reputable organization.

A minimum of L3 Diploma / NVQ qualification in Personal Training or higher qualification

CPR/AED Certification

Knowledge of psychology like theories of motivation.

A minimum of 5 years' experience working as an assessor/IQA for fitness courses


Vacancy Type:

Part-time, Hybrid work

Remote work ; hourly pay £30

Onsite work hourly pay £70 with additional travelling allowance
