Description
Network and Microsoft Systems Engineer, Plymouth, £350-£400/day Inside IR35


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement Microsoft systems and networks
  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server and Windows 10 systems
  • Monitor system performance and security
  • Provision and manage Active Directory users and groups
  • Install, configure and maintain network hardware, such as routers and switches
  • Set up and maintain VPNs and wireless networks
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Network and Microsoft Systems Engineer
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft systems and network technologies
  • Experience with Windows Server and Windows 10
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, such as TCP/IP and DNS
  • Experience with Active Directory, VPNs and wireless networks
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • VMWare ESXi
