The Role

An opportunity has arisen to join MindGym's Product Operations team in an entry level position which is well suited to an ambitious graduate or administrative professional keen to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Through supporting a range of processes this role offers a great opportunity to learn extensively about how MindGym operates and work with people across the whole business and at all levels.

It will provide a great foundation from which to build a future career.

  • The Product Operations Associate will support a range of operational processes including resource planning and management, publishing and print & ship of our learning materials
  • You will learn how a core operational team runs in a fastpaced agency type environment with the opportunity to acquire knowledge across a range of operational activity.
  • The publishing aspect of the role ensures MindGym's learning materials (documents and assets e.g. artwork) are stored, named and organised effectively. You will manage an inbox ensuring requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • With Print & Ship operations you will help ensure the timely production of physical materials, liaising with internal teams and external print & ship partners.
  • You'll gain knowledge and proficiency across a range of internal and offtheshelf systems including Hive our new Project Management platform. You'll have the opportunity to improve the usage of those systems by learning and exploiting functionality.
  • The role offers Global experience as operational activities extend across the UK & US MG teams with clients worldwide. You will liaise with stakeholders in both locations and help us work towards alignment of working practices.

Salary:
Up to £22,500.00 per year
