Job Description:

The Security Controller is specifically responsible for interpreting, implementing, and monitoring security controls to ensure the appropriate protection of government classified assets held on company premises.
They will ensure that management and all appropriate employees are aware of and adhere to these policies both by regular formal security education and awareness training and will be a source of advice and guidance to employees at all levels to maintain an acceptable understanding of the scale, nature of the threats and protective security controls required.
They will manage security incidents which impact on FSC and/or government classified information, ensuring that any breach of security is immediately reported to the respective Contracting Authority
They will assist the company to maintain business outputs and contractual obligations with respect to the maintenance of confidentiality, integrity and availability of sensitive Government information by ensuring obligatory documentary, physical and process controls are maintained to the highest standards at all times
The Security Controller will ensure the company remains current with any changes in FSC policy or procedure, implementing and updating company policies and guidance as required.
