This is a role perfectly suited to someone local to BL6 who is looking to join an extremely successful local, family business until retirement.


After going meeting the team and seeing the offices today, it was great to see that 75% of staff members have been with them for over 25 years.

Even through the growth and successes, the business has continued to maintain that family feel culture.


The role is super varied, you'll be supporting the Finance Director and Managing Director with PA and secretarial duties as well as supporting with some financial administration including processing payments and inputting invoices on their ERP system.


It's a busy, fast paced office but it's relaxed, laid back and the directors were having a laugh with the staff.

Everyone loves being amongst the hustle and bustle and working together so everyone works full time in the office, including directors


Open plan offices means you can build relationships with the team as well as seek help and advice whenever you need and the Director is willing to put his all into showing you the ropes.

The company are paper based but also use an in house system too, so if you're somebody who loves the paper work, the lists but also used systems - perfect


Ideal for someone who has worked in a similar role and if you have audio typing/ dictation experience this is a huge bonus.


However, team fit and personality is the most important thing here, they want an individual who is going to fit into their culture, works hard and has a bit of a sense of humour too.
