The Job


Working as part of a small team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Projects department.

Administration duties will include (but are not limited to):


  • Raising new jobs on scheduling software.
  • Day to day management of the scheduling software and forward planning of jobs.
  • Liaising with the Sales Team regarding new installation dates, advising them in a timely manner about any risks to planned work.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other members of the Projects Team regarding equipment and transport.
  • Engineer coordinator, communicating daily with 34 engineers.
  • Sending electronic certificates for completed installations and training.
  • Holiday cover for Operations Manager, including but not limited to overseeing the day to day management of the Projects Department.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager when required.

You Will Need

  • 5+ years Administration experience in a Senior role.
  • 3+ years Team Leading experience.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A good communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated, wellorganised and selfdisciplined.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, using own initiative.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.

Hours & Benefits

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
