Performance Marketing Lead

Up to £45,000

Liverpool - Hybrid Working (2 days in office per week)


Are you ready for a new challenge leading on performance marketing in house? A specialist financial business in Liverpool who have been established for over 40 years are on the lookout for their first performance specialist within their growing marketing team.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and lead the entire digital marketing strategy and function of the business.

We're seeking an experienced professional who can truly take ownership of this pivotal role.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Lead acquisition plans across all performance marketing channels
  • Manage all digital media agency relationships and optimise workflows
  • Create reports and analyse ROI to optimize campaign performance
  • Dive deep into performance analysis, implementing a test and learn approach
  • Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets in line with business objectives

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and deadlinedriven
  • Creative problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
