The Role

The Senior Healthcare Assistant, as a member of the care team, will meet the needs of children using Horizon House, either in-house or in the Community as dictated by patient and business needs.

He/she will work with or without direct supervision and will undertake delegated tasks in which they have been trained and assessed as competent.


The Organisation

The Northern Ireland Hospice is a local charity offering specialist respite, symptom management and end of life palliative care to infants, children, and adults across Northern Ireland.

Waiting List for Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time and Bank (Shift Work)


Band:

Band 3 (£21,730-£23,177 per annum)


Location:

Horizon House/Community, Northern Ireland Children's Hospice


Reports to:

Care Team Manager


Responsible to:

Deputy Head/Head of Children's Hospice Services

This post will include day and night duty.
