Description
We are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our team.

As a Groundworker, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, responsible for various tasks related to groundwork, excavation, and site preparation.


This includes but is not limited to:

  • Excavating and leveling ground surfaces
  • Laying foundations and installing drainage systems
  • Operating construction machinery such as excavators and compactors
  • Backfilling and compacting trenches
  • Assisting with the installation of utilities, such as water and sewer lines
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Groundworker in the construction industry
  • Proficient in operating construction machinery
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor labor
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant certifications (CSCS card, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
Up to £15.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
