Description
Our client a leading nationwide building contrator working within the social housing sector are looking for a qualified groundworker

Duties will include but not limited to

Brickwork pointing

Flagging and kerbing

Fence repairs and new installation along with fence posts

Applicants need to hold

NVQ in Groundworking

Own vehicle Van preferred

DBS check or willing to undertake

Asbestos awareness or willing to undertake

Location - Skelmersdale

Duration 26 weeks temp to perm

Hourly Rate £19.29 per annum 28k - 32k after 26 week period

Hours of work hours per week


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 26 weeks


Salary:
£19.29 per hour

Expected hours: 42.50 per week
