As one of the largest and fastest growing award-winning financial services businesses in Manchester, we are looking to add to our team of nearly 100 staff to enable us to service our existing clients.
The Role
All enquires are customer initiated (prospects are actively seeking to speak to an advisor about life insurance) and have either enquired directly online to us or been referred to us through one of our partners who are wealth managers and mortgage brokers.
Our Customer Contact Agents receive all initial enquiries to pre-qualify prior to passing to our team of Protection Advisors, and the role is to ensure all new clients are called in response to their enquiry, to offer quotations and deal with new customers professionally whilst adhering to compliance standards and meeting targets set by the business.
Our Customer Contact Agents provide help and support to prospective clients with emphasis on building a rapport and an instant relationship and with an eye on conversion.
Our bespoke IT systems and processes are designed to support you in providing an exceptional customer service at all times and will give you the opportunity to succeed.
You will need good time management skills and a consultative approach, whilst providing every new client with an exceptional customer service.
Salary:
£21,250 - £25,000 per year

Experience:
- Financial services: 1 year (preferred)
- Business to
- Retail: (preferred)
relevant call centre experience this will be considered.
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
