Your purpose


As an Operations Consultant, you will provide support to the Audiology business as a whole by owning the development of best practice and supporting implementation to the entire business.

You will be able to provide 1-2-1 coaching and support to the Partnership to ensure they are fully equipped in their knowledge of operational processes and efficiencies.


You will embed continuous improvement within Audiology operations, reviewing and improving processes, working with Retail Operations and the Audiology Relationship Managers.

Supporting annual plan activity by bringing a broad perspective to project teams.


Your Role

  • Review and analyse operational KPIs, identifying and highlighting opportunities to improve business profit. Understand the impact of opportunities by working with the ARM's to engage with partners and stores.
  • Be a goto person for Audiology operational issues.
  • Be an expert in the audiology team, support audiology partner events and be an ambassador for audiology in the wider Specsavers business.
  • To have a robust understanding of the key drivers for a successful Audiology business and be able to give advice and support to the Partnership. Advise the group how to improve and implement best practice systems into all businesses, to maximise every part of the customer journey and drive efficiency in operational control.
  • To assist stores in finding the information they need to operate their business, identifying gaps in communication materials and working with the Communications team to fill these gaps.
  • Develop the Store operations toolbox through maintenance of the One BEST way programme.
  • Managing and delivering retail based and store facing projects to improve.
