This successful digital fintech organisation are currently looking to recruit a Product Marketing Manager to support on the development of new products and propositions that they can take to market.

Working in a Digital environment the Product MarketingManager will be responsible developing and delivering improvements to current products as well as delivering the roadmap for new product developments.

Key responsibilities;

Identify opportunities to enhance or extend the existing Financial Services product suite
Identify and quantify benefits to current product improvements
Utilise your knowledge of the FS industry to identify factors which could impact current products or present opportunities for new products
Work to identify new product development opportunities through validation of consumer, market and partner demand
Use a range of market research techniques to identify trends, quantify opportunities, and forecast potential future value of new products
Influence effective pricing strategies
Help shape the long term business proposition to ensure this aligns with consumer and market trends
Work with stakeholders across the business to bring new products to market in a planned and profitable way

At the core of all of this needs to be the understanding of how to operate in a digital first business and have a proven track record of managing and launching products in a digital environment.

You should have experience of working in a Financial Services product development role with a firm understanding of consumer needs and have the ability to translate market insight into actionable outcomes.

You must be commercially aware and be experienced in conversion funnel optimisation and growing revenue from existing activity.
