The Customer Solutions Experience (CSE) organisation is responsible for driving transformation within our most strategic customers across Europe, ensuring that Dassault Systèmes is delivering the outcomes that enable their customers to achieve leadership in business sustainability.


As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the VP of Sales for CSE and the CFO, and in addition, lending light administrative support to two senior Sales Leaders in the team.

This is a fast-paced role supporting two highly visible executives and requires extensive support experience. You will act as the bridge between these stakeholders, the team and the business.

You will possess the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across diverse organizations and business environments, requiring a high-level confidentiality and discretion and a proactive and motivated attitude.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain complex and dynamic schedules for both executive board members
  • Prepare both executives for meetings, facilitate key meetings, and prepare presentations and relevant documents and reports
  • Coordinate extensive worldwide travel arrangements, expenses and manage departmental expenses
  • Collaborate across the organization with team members, internal stakeholders and external organisations, customers and Csuite
  • Organise panGEO events relating to both offices, which may include QBRs and team events
  • Report on, cascade and follow up sales and financial information to the teams and internal stakeholders

Qualifications/Experience

  • Proven executive level support experience needed
  • Confident communicator with effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with event management experience
  • Ability to build relationships onetoone and within teams, internal stakeholders and external organizations
  • Understand key priorities and manage completion of multiple requests from different sources
  • Proactive, problemsolving and decision making ability
