My client is a hospitality business based in Maidenhead looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join their team in the New Year.

This is a hybrid role that offers great learning possibilities and the opportunity to manage a small team.


Duties:


  • Responsible for overseeing the companies social media accounts and interactions with future and existing customers over social media platforms
  • Work alongside the Social Media Strategist to ensure that all of the social media efforts are alligned with the marketing goals and the company ethos
  • Ensure that all socal media content is consistent and unified
  • Identify trends to assist team with building new digital campaigns
  • Daily content production and management
  • Carry out research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a social media focused role and content management
  • Ability to engage and leverage with people
  • Ability to identify new social media trends
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Familiar with web design
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of SEO, keyword search and Google Analytics
  • BCs in Marketing, digital technologies or relevent field
