Are looking to recruit a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager

The role:

In this role as Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute the UK Shopper Marketing Strategy integrating into all business functions and account plans to grow share and sales within the channel.
This person will need to manage Shopper Marketing Budget allocation across multiple retailers whilst supporting the commercial team in ensuring investment is leveraged externally.
In this role you will also develop and execute SBD principles for point of purchase communication, navigation and signage across channels to help guide the shopper, drive core & launch NPD.
This person will be strong with ROI and build cross functional relationships with key stakeholder partners such as the commercial account teams and the marketing team.
You will have a team of 2 reporting into you.
This individual will already be a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager or a well experienced Shopper Marketing Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career
Needs to have a strong commercial acumen and understanding of retailer, shopper and brand needs to optimise and challenge toolkit assets to deliver the best returns.
With line management responsibility as Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, this person will need to be an inspirational leader who energises and encourages high performance from their peers.
Passionate about the food industry and able to challenge the status quo with strong ideas and improvements that deliver against the Category Vision, shopper needs and drive company growth.
