Registered Manger needed within a Children's Residential home in Redhill


Start Date:


  • ASAP

Location - Redhill


Duration - Permanent


Hours per week - 37 hours per week


Salary - up to £50,000


Description:


  • To ensure that the young people's needs are recognised and met. This includes ensuring that they are free from discrimination within the home and to challenge discrimination from outside the home.
  • To manage the home in compliance with OfSTED, legislation, and the ethos and policies of the company
  • To oversee and participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of the individual young people's care plans

What is required?

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a role supervising and managing staff and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
