Office based, 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm


An award-winning property consultancy require a receptionist to come and work in partnership with their current Receptionist on a temporary to permanent basis.


  • 1 years' experience in a similar role essential
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Organising refreshments
  • Answering and transferring calls through their switchboard
  • Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Adhoc admin duties
  • Highly personable, positive and enjoys building relationships
  • Strong communication skills written and spoken
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and hard working
