REED have partnered with a top 100, national law firm with offices in
Central Bristol. Recruiting for a
Workflow Coordinator to join their team on a
full time, permanent basis.

Hybrid: 2 days office/3 home. Initially for training a bit more of a presence needed to support with your on-boarding.

Hours:36.25. Monday - Friday very occasional earlier or later start/finish when required. Some flexibility on this)

You will be joining a growing Business Support department that provides administrative support to lawyers across the firm.


The Workflow Coordinator will support the Document Production team by coordinating the delivery of a highly efficient document production service to the lawyers.

You will allocate, prioritise and support with incoming tasks across the team, whilst communicatingtimelines with the lawyers.


Duties:

Effectively use the workflow management system 'BigHand' to manage incoming document production tasks and assign to team members
Produce documents such as legal correspondence, reports, PowerPoint presentations, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets from a variety of sources
Proofread documents that have been produced, and ensure relevant attachments have been included
Effectively manage team workloads to ensure tasks are completed on time and lawyers are advised of progress
Report any operational issues which may affect turnaround time to the Document Production Team Leader
Support the Team Leader with the delivery of training to new and existing team members


About you:

Experience coordinating document production workflow tasks within a professional services or legal environment
Customer service focussed
Excellent communication skills
Accurate and excellent attention to detail
Creative thinking, able to take initiative and problem solve
Experience training employees
Confident using and learning IT systems and software
