Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, manage or support on projects within the scope of the Product department including the UK and Irish domiciled funds and inscope services (including UCITS and NURS / OEICs and Unit Trusts / investment trust / model portfolio services).
These will include varied product development and change initiatives and product management / range maintenance projects.
These may additionally include product strategy and product governance initiatives, dependent upon capacity and business requirement.
Take ownership of initiatives from inception/concept stage through to delivery and/or work collaboratively with team members to do this.
Develop close working relationships within the business to ensure that projects/initiatives run smoothly.
Prepare proposals/other materials, maintain project logs and operate projects in line with the relevant policies/procedures.
Maintain awareness of industry developments and regulatory changes.

Background & Experience

Experience of UK and Irish domiciled funds, vehicles and regulatory regimes.
Experience in product development and management or other directly relevant experience.
Excellent analytical abilities (both quantitative and qualitative) and the ability to present complex issues and ideas clearly.
Good working knowledge of the financial markets and the key trends driving the asset management industry.
Ability to multitask and use initiative to manage the completion of multiple deliverables in a timely manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor these to the audience.
Proven project management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
