Company Details and Job Overview:

Your New Role as the Purchase Ledger Clerk:
As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report into the Purchase Team Leader and join a small but growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of purchase invoices following company policy and procedures.

Day to day duties:

Receiving and processing supplier invoices
Resolving Supplier queries
Processing of BACS payment runs
Matching/batching/coding
Account Reconciliations
Process and pay expenses
Monthly supplier reconciliations
Cash book analysis
Electronic/ manual payments
Booking of travel requirements
Stationery & logbook Ordering
Assist Purchase Ledger Manager on AI system implementation
Other adhoc duties

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

Good organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail and an ability to plan, prioritise and adapt to meet timescales and deadlines
PC literate with good communication and Excel skills
Can work autonomously and as part of a team
