The role of the Digital Learning Lead will be based within the Learning and Development team in Organisational Development and will lead the integration of more accessible, engaging and impactful self-paced and blended learning experiences with tailored user journeys for UCL staff, contractors and researchers.

About you:
To excel in this role, you will need an excellent working knowledge of authoring tools used within the job role, including authoring tools (eg. Rise and Storyline), an understanding of how web-based, multimedia and mobile technologies can be used to enhance learning pathways and outcomes, and the ability to work in different project teams concurrently.
