An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our thriving printing company based in Stourton, Leeds.You will be joining a small busy accounts team which is an imperative part of the smooth running of the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is fairly new to the finance world or starting off their finance career with a small amount of previous experience and is looking to develop their skills in a busy environment.
You must be able to demonstrate good organisation skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and preferably have previous experience of using Sage software and spreadsheets.
- Processing and posting invoices to a ledger
- Setting up weekly supplier payment runs
- Resolving queries and liaising with suppliers
- Raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers
- Taking delivery of parcels and mail
- Raising sales invoices
- Assisting with Payroll
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Ad Hoc duties to support the finance team
