A receptionist's daily tasks will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing Diary/Appointments
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Screening phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Registering New Staff
  • Ordering stationary & stocking up the office
  • Day to day admin support for directors

Skills required:


  • Excellent customer service skills


  • IT literacy

  • Confident in MS Word/Excel/Access/Outlook/Calendar
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of general administration
  • Good communication skills
  • Neat and well presented

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • No weekends
