Customer Service Advisor | St Helens | £12 - £12.50 | Until End of March | Hybrid
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large and growing organisation on a Customer Service Advisor role in St Helens.
Duties will include:
- To accurately investigate enquiries on new and existing requests and complaints and prioritise those accordingly.
- To provide and excellent quality service to both internal and external stakeholders when answering inbound calls.
- To work in partnership with other teams across the business to collaboratively address key risks
- To have detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure that the customers receive correct advice and are correctly processed on the company's internal management system.
Person:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relay accurate information
- Experience in Customer Service and receiving inbound calls is essential
- Ability to handle challenging enquiries and to diffuse situations appropriately
