Key Priorities:


  • Overall responsibility for all catering services, including The Hospice, L&D Centre, JT Centre, catering provision to retail outlets, any external catering (events & community events and private bookings) as well as any new commercial catering venture.
  • Overall responsibility for maintenance of high standards, cost efficiency and compliance of all catering services.
  • Overall responsibility of the delivery of the catering budget and delivery of the growth catering income budget (by development of new catering income streams), cost control and year on year growth of the catering income.
  • Overall responsibility of growth and development of the catering team in line with the requirement of the business.


To work as a member of the income generation team ensuring the development of new income streams through the provision of catering services and to manage the expansion of the catering team to ensure it provides quality and efficient catering services to patients, families, staff and all other clients.


Essential qualifications:

  • City & Guilds 705/01/02/0
  • General Catering Certificate.
  • Advanced Hygiene Certificate.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Or equivalent
Car Driver


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
