Wild recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a business in Chandlers Ford, supporting c200 members of staff.

Are you a HR Advisor who has a focus on talent acquisition and are looking for a new opportunity that provides you with challenges and development?

Do you come with employee engagement and recruitment experience and are looking for a new role that provides you with autonomy whilst working within a supportive and empowered HR team?

The role will allow you to use your proven HR General background.

You will be working with all levels of employees across the business, which includes office and manufacturing teams internally as well as installation teams and remote workers.

Coming with previous HR experience, you will be provided with the opportunity to support hiring managers on all employee issues such as:

  • Employee relations
  • Employment engagement
  • Recruitment


You will also be able to use your previous experience of HR Systems to identify any trends and eliminate patterns from developing further.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
