Engenda Group are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven individual to become their new apprentice.

You will be supporting colleagues by helping to streamline workloads by providing administrative functions such as filing, printing and scanning.

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to start a rewarding career within the group.


Working week
Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm (30mins unpaid lunch)

Total hours per week: 40


What will the apprentice be doing?:

  • Management of incoming and outgoing post.
  • Filing, copying, scanning, stationery management and other such administrative tasks on behalf of the team.
  • Data entry activities into standard systems such as Microsoft Office and bespoke systems. Experience with Microsoft Excel would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Report running from various systems, manipulating data to suit specific requirements.
  • Management of office data systems, such as electronic and physical filing, to ensure they are kept accurate and secure.
  • Gatekeeper of key office activities such as holiday bookings, room bookings, setting up job files and time sheet processes.
  • Completion of team administration on behalf of internal departments such as HR, Payroll and Procurement and HSEQ.
  • Management of visitors, ensuring site requirements are met for security and registration.
  • In addition, you may be required to undertake other reasonable duties within your capability to meet the needs of the business.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?:

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
  • A bespoke programme of technical and vocational training
  • Functional skills in Maths and English (if applicable)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possible permanent contract upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship and further enhanced industry-based training
