Description
As a security officer, you will be working with a well-known media and entertainment company, located in Elstree.

You will be representing BardWood and our client, providing a service to the highest standards in a fast paced, prestigious environment.

Theposition requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service & communication skills are essential along with a positive/helpful attitude.

Please note that as part of this role, you will be required to conduct external patrols of the premises.
Regular patrols are also required, and so you must be physically fit and able to withstand this.


Shift pattern:
Full time hours available
**Rates:£9.50 increasing to £10.42 or more in April 2023

TW7 5QD**

Role requirements:


  • Communication must be to the highest standards.
  • 5year checkable work/career history.
  • SIA Badge.

Required duties:


  • Completing regular inside and outside patrols.
  • Monitor Entry and Exit Points.
  • Working barriers and completing pass checks of visitors.

Essential skills needed:


  • Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
  • Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
  • Effective Communicator
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
  • The ability to work independently or as a team
  • Knowledge of relevant procedures such as using a radio.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Required uniform:


  • Warm coat.
  • Dark trousers.
  • Dark polo shirt.
  • Hi Vis jacket.
  • Steel toe capped boots.
