Multitask Personnel are working with our well known, respected client, a UK renewable energy group specialising in sustainable energy. One of these areas is Solar Energy.

We're working with them to recruit experience Roofing Managers, to manage a team of 10-12 roofers covering regions from Brighton on a permanent basis.

Purpose of the Roofer Manager role:
To manage a team of roofers that install roof solar panels on pitched roofs, (the team will be installing the rails for the panels to sit on)

Requirements of the Roofer:

2 year plus experience working as a roofer/management
Clean driving licence, as you will be driving a company Vehicle
Willingness to learn and develop within the renewable energy sector

In return the company offer:

- £42k Salary + Company Vehicle

22 days holiday per year increasing to 25 days per year (service length related)
5% pension contributions
Profit share scheme, currently up to £1.5k per year
Opportunity for upskilling to a Solar Electrician after 6 months probation

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£41,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
