Juice is absolutely delighted to be supporting a reputable and high-end Bath-based organisation, with their search a Inbound Customer Service Advisor.

We are looking for a professional individual, who takes pride in giving excellent customer service, someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to their role and is eager to make a difference within an organisation.

This is an exciting time to join an established brand and provide crucial support to the running of the business.

DAY TO DAY:

Be responsible for understanding customer needs, taking orders from customers, and providing technical support.
Organise and process returns.
Maintain internal records, and account administration, update the system, and record any written or verbal correspondence efficiently.
Process calls timely in order to meet achievable team targets.

Be a customer service professional, with excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner.
Be energetic and positive with your approach, and always possess a cando attitude.
Confident in working towards goals and deadlines.
Prioritise workload appropriately.
