The Mole Clinic, a leader in skin cancer screening and mole removal, is currently seeking a proactive, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator in our clinics located in Oxford Circus, Harley Street and Moorgate.

The Role:

As a Clinic Coordinator you will report to Clinic Manager and Assistant Clinic Manager.

This role is key in delivering a first class patient experience, greeting patients, making bookings both on the telephone and in person, taking payments and being involved in supporting the general administrative functions of the clinic.

This position offers the chance to work closely with a team of experienced healthcare professionals and contribute to the clinic's overall success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support the Assistant Clinic Manager in administrative duties, such as inventory management, record keeping, invoicing and more.
  • Participate in staff training and development initiatives to foster a supportive and knowledgeable clinic environment.

Requirements:


  • Experience in customer facing role is essential, in private healthcare setting desirable
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patientcentered care.
  • A commitment to upholding the clinic's values of compassion, excellence, and innovation.
  • Proficiency in using medical software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
