Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

First Aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures is essential in case of emergencies or injuries.
Surveillance: Ability to monitor surveillance cameras effectively and identify any unusual or suspicious activities.
CCTV: Familiarity with closed circuit television (CCTV) systems and their operation.
Loss Prevention: Understanding of loss prevention techniques to minimize theft or damage to property.
