About the role


This is a new role offering exciting opportunities to interact with and impact some of the world's leading online grocery retail businesses.

The Head of Retention

  • Partner Growth will be responsible for supporting our partners with improving their acquisition strategies, driving adoption of best practice, and ensuring partners are fully utilising all OSP features that support retention.
You will consult with partners through both in-depth projects, and ongoing optimisation forums aimed at improving their commercial performance.

You will inspire partners and build strong relationships, share learnings, and leverage data to enable our partners to succeed.

This is an entrepreneurial role, and requires someone who is comfortable identifying new opportunities, and setting up new programs and services that deliver value to our partners.


About you

It would be great to hear from you if you have

  • Previous experience and demonstrable breadth and depth of knowledge of the Ocado solutions ecommerce environment highly preferred
  • Exposure to and understanding of key ecommerce metrics and how to influence them
  • Fast learner, comfortable upskilling on new systems
  • Able to translate and transfer knowledge effectively
  • Highly analytical, comfortable using data to influence decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills at all levels, including strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload against business/project requirements and key customers/Partners
  • Customer oriented, able to build strong relationships with our partners, and understand their business context
  • Selfmotivated, able to deliver under deadlines and multitask under pressure
  • BA/BSc degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

It would be great but not essential if you have

  • Experience of working in a client facing support organisation
  • Full current driving licence
  • Experience with the OSP
  • Retail/Grocery industry knowledge desirable
