We are looking for an experienced Housing Benefits Assessor to work as part of a team to work on the Housing Benefits Accuracy Award Initiative [HBAA]

Housing Benefits officer -Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in processing all types of Housing Benefit/Council Tax Reduction claims.
  • Extensive experience with the
    Capita Academy Benefits system.
  • A proactive and customerfocused approach to resolving queries
  • Work will be in all areas including:
  • New claims and changes in circumstances

HBAA:

Work on VEP, ATLAS and Universal Credit files
The role is open to remote working.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£20.06-£25.53 per hour
