Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join their North East team. Kite Packaging was founded in 2001 with a unique vision and a philosophy of employee-ownership.

You will be joining an established, profitable, growing technology-backed business and will be part of a fantastic team based in North East.

The role of Commercial Analyst:

The role will specifically cover the following areas:

Sourcing a wide range of packaging products from new and existing suppliers
Develop supplier relationships and negotiating rebate schemes
Manage the tender process, working alongside the external sales team
Closely interact with senior management to construct and deliver commercial documents
Quick and accurate turnaround on quotation requests
Monitor margin analysis reports with a view to increasing sales and/or profitability.
Entrepreneurial flair and ability to think outside the box
Desire to grow and contribute to a rapidly expanding operation

Key Skills and Essential Experience:

2+ years office experience and recently graduated with 2:1 in a relevant degree i.e. business management, economics etc.
Be highly motivated
Have excellent communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel ability
Possess commercial awareness and entrepreneurial flair
