What's the role?:

Hilti has recently acquired Fieldwire, a leading construction Software-as-a-Service platform focused on construction productivity.

As one of our new Software Sales Representatives, you'll play a key role in establishing the business in the UK market.

You'll be supported by both our Paris and US teams.

Fieldwire was founded in 2013 and has around 4,000 customers, with approx. 20M$ Turnover in 2021, 25% of this in Europe. We are a team of more than 100 people with a common passion for technology and construction.

With our original base in the US, we recently opened our European office in Paris to sustain our fast growth in the region.


What does the role involve?:


We are looking for a Software Sales Representative who is proactive, detail-oriented, friendly, and passionate about improving the construction industry for the better.

Our Sales Managers work closely with our clients advising and guiding them through successful adoption of Fieldwire.


In this role you will:

  • Develop existing and new markets developing sales strategy and growing sales revenues, managing multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with crossfunctional teams as necessary
  • Engage prospective users and incoming requests
  • Perform webbased and inperson trainings and demonstrations
  • Build and maintain longlasting relationships with Fieldwire clients
  • Work with the product team based on customer feedback. Ensure new product launches are successfully communicated
  • Represent Fieldwire in trade shows and industry events
  • Contribute to a positive team environment that promotes learning, high performance, and successful crossdepartment collaboration

Our Regional Head Office is based at Circle Square in Central Manchester, where we are located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop.

What you need is:


  • Previous experience in Business Development roles, SaaS or Tech startup will be a plus
  • Comfortable communicating with anyone, from foreman to midtosenior level managers, demonstrating great listening skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build clear, structured presentations
  • Selfmotivated with strong time management skills and comfortable handling highpressure situations calmly and positively
  • Resolutely curious, proactive, reliable problem solver, and thriving in the ambiguity of a fastpaced startup environment
