It's a big challenge - and we need yourhelp to take it on.You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Teaching School Hubs to develop the strategy for the recruitment and retention of Delivery Partners.
You will also support them to ensure that Delivery Partner's feedback is taken onboard by the organization.You will provide administrative support to the Head of Teaching School Hubs e.g.
providing reports and summarizing data, as well as leading on a number of key, regular processes that support Delivery Partners e.g.
enabling them to access training and documentationeasily. You'll be part of a motivated and high performing department. Your work will make a real impact across a relatively new and growing part of the organization's work.- Planning and organising: Do you have strong planning and time management skills and are able to effectively manage your own workload?
- Relationship management: Are you able o build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and able to adapt quickly to new ways of working across teams?
- Attention to detail: Are you someone who prides themselves on getting the details right, with experience of managing highvolume workloads or processes, without compromising on quality?
- Communications : Do you have a high standard of written and verbal communication?
- Computer Literacy: Can you turn your hand to new software packages and systems and have a good working knowledge of the key functions of Microsoft Excel? Experience using Salesforce or another CRM database would be an advantage.
- Adaptability: Are you comfortable sometimes moving from task to task to support where the need is greatest, with a strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in?
We expect interviews to take place on 12 and 13 January 2023.
