About the opportunity:

We are currently looking for a permanent
Streetworks Coordinator to join our growing Streetworks team at our London Office.


As an
Streetworks Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Civils & Streetworks Teams to ensure the smooth running of offsite and onsite excavations.

Your responsibilities:


  • Raise permits as required on our various Street Manager portals
  • Plan, coordinate & monitor road works
  • Open and close notices and ensure all aspects of the NRSWA/Traffic Management Act are met
  • Monitor Street Manager for Fixed Penalty Notices, Section 74 charges & failed inspections
  • Liaise with local authorities & third parties
  • Request quotes from contractors
  • Raise purchase orders for additional Streetworks costs
  • Respond to Streetworks enquiries from members of the public

About you

Experience / Knowledge:


Essential:


  • Administrative experience

Desirable:


  • Experience using Symology/Street Manager
  • Previous experience working within construction

Attributes:


  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team within a fastpaced environment
  • Good communicator with high levels of attention to detail and high levels of integrity
