Job Details:
- Receptionist & Administrator
- Permanent role
- Part time 3 days per week
- 8:00am16:30pm or 9:00am17:00pm
- City of London 3 days a week office based
Duties:
- Assist all visitors and staff to the correct site of contact.
- Answer the phone and use internal systems to deal with queries.
- Ensure reception area is kept clean throughout the day and provide a professional welcoming to visitors.
- Managing deliveries and post.
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors.
- General data entry.
- Arranging meetings and appointments.
- Liaising with external sectors.
- Supporting the team with general administration duties.
Requirements:
- Must have experience within administration.
- Must be professional, determined and able to build strong working relationships.
- Exceptional customer service skills, a friendly and approachable manner
- Exceptional written and communication skills.
- A confident and professional individual.
- Ability to use initiate and think outside of the box.
