Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4pm

Pay:
£85 - £95 per day


Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a 2-form entry mainstream primary school in Kensal Rise, and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join this inclusive school community.

The school is known for providing a caring and nurturing environment for staff and pupils, and has a highly supportive Senior Leadership Team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a Year 2 pupil transitioning from a pupil referral unit
  • Devise, develop and implement strategies to encourage behavioural development
  • Work in line with targets to promote academic progress
  • Monitor behaviour, provide feedback and guidance to the pupil
  • Work collaboratively with parents and other professionals as required

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working as a Behaviour Support
  • Good understanding of behaviour management strategies
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
