Description

The Role:

You will be working with the site managers on near completed residential units. You will be required to carryout snagging and repairs so the units can be completed and handover achieved.


Duties

  • All aspects of finishing works
  • Making good
  • Patch Tiling
  • Siliconing / sealing around baths, kitchen worktops, sinks etc.
  • Touching up paintwork
  • Attaching plinths
  • Cleaning & clearing down

Tickets / Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Current valid CSCS Card
  • Previous experience of working on residential contracts
  • You must have a good all round trades background

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location:
In person
