Shift Patterns:
Working Saturday day shift 05:00 hours to 17:00 hours, Monday and Tuesday night shift 17:00 hours to 05:00 hours. Average of 36 hours per week plus overtime.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Security Manned Guarding & Reception duties
Access/Egress Control Duties
Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment via
CCTV Monitoring Duties.
Switchboard Operation
Performing regular Health and Safety checks.
Regular and accurate report writing.
Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise.
Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
Proactive interaction with the customers, tenants, authorised visitors and general public offering superb customer service.
Dealing with deliveries, enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
Covering all required security related duties as/when required.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
Must have a 5year checkable work or back to school history.
Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
Very smart with an excellent command of the English language

Approachable, Diplomatic
Ability to think 'Outside the Box' when applicable
High expectation of customer service delivery
Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
